Exchange Policy

At ButterBee, our mission is to empower you to get 1% happier with every move – so of course, we provide exchange service to ensure you find your perfect fit. Here’s how it works:

  • For all orders, full-price or discounted (unless otherwise specified), you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchange shipping fees on us.
  • For occasional warehouse final sales, we’ll not be able to provide exchange or return for the orders. Reminders will be provide for such events on our website.

Unfortunately, we're not able to provide exchange or return for orders outside of Singapore.

Below is our exchange process in 4 easy steps:

1. Reach Out

  • Email us at hello@butterbeeactive.com with your exchange request & include your order number.
  • Let us know which item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the new product’s name, size, and color that you’d like!

2. Get Your Return Label

  • Once we’ve confirmed your exchange request, we’ll send you a Ninja return shipping label within 1–2 business days.

3. Send It Back

  • Make sure the return items are in the unworn, unused and unwashed condition and in the original packaging.
  • Pack up your items, stick the shipping label on top, and drop them off at your nearest Ninja drop-off point.
  • You can find your closest drop-off location here.

4. Wait For Your New Item To Arrive

  • Once we’ve checked and confirmed that the returned item is in its original condition, we’ll dispatch your new item to you.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number from the courier as soon as it’s on the way.

Please make sure to drop off the items within 30 days of sending the return request. After that, the label will expire, and the items will no longer be eligible for exchange.

Please use the recyclable thick kraft paper that your order was mailed in or other durable bags/boxes. Please DO NOT use the thin paper packaging that comes with individual items as the shipping bag.
