Return Policy

 

At ButterBee, our mission is to empower you to get 1% happier with every move. We also strive to ensure you’re 100% happy with your purchase. If you don’t love your gear, don’t worry! Here’s our return policy:

1. Full-Price Orders:

  • We’re happy to accept returns for any full-price items purchased through our website or at offline events within 30 days of receiving your order
  • You can choose to return your entire order or specific items
  • The item(s) need to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging
  • Return shipping is on us

2. Orders with the 15% New Customer Discount:

  • Tried us out with our 15% new customer discount? No problem – we accept returns for those orders too
  • And yes, return shipping is still on us

3. Orders from Other Sales or Promotions (except the occasional warehouse final sales; please refer to our Exchange Policy for details)

  • For orders placed during other sales or promotions (online or offline), we’re happy to offer exchanges.
  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide return for refunds for these orders

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that products purchased using a discount code (EXCLUDING the 15% New Customer discount), gift cards or during a sale/promotion are not eligible for return. Additionally, intimate items, such as bra pads and underpants, cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

To make a return, just follow the 3 simple steps: 

1. Let Us Know

  • Drop us an email us at hello@butterbeeactive.com with your return request. Don’t forget to include your order number. 
  • If you are returning some of the items from the order, please specify the product name, size & color.

2. Get Your Return Label

  • Once we’ve confirmed your order is eligible for return, we’ll send you a Ninja return shipping label within 1-2 business days.

3. Drop It Off

  • Pack up your items, stick the shipping label on top, and take them to the nearest Ninja drop-off point.
  • You can find your closest drop-off location here.
  • Please make sure to drop off the items within 30 days of sending the return request. After that, the label will expire, and the items will no longer be eligible for return.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Kindly note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Please use the recyclable mailer bag that your order was mailed in or other durable bags/boxes. Please DO NOT use the thin paper packaging that comes with individual items as the shipping bag. 

Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide exchange or return for orders placed outside of Singapore.
